Refund Policy

Order Issues:

  • Incorrect Order: Contact us within an hour to receive a replacement or a full refund.
  • Quality Concerns: Report within an hour with an explanation and photo if possible. Options for a replacement or refund will be provided.
  • Order Cancellation: Cancel at least 30 minutes before scheduled pickup for a full refund. Prepared orders are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Cash Transactions: Must be refunded in person.

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders: May not be eligible for refunds unless the product is incorrect or of unsatisfactory quality.
  • Gift Cards: Refunds issued back to the original gift card.
